Day 27 after nasal tip removal.. A question for those who have had removal…

It has now been 27 days since I had the ear cartilage and cartilage tying removed. My current condition is.. Only the alar lobule area where the ear cartilage had been placed and tied is raised roundly, so the nasal tip feels a little puffy and tight. The right side is more swollen than the left. I think it’s because the removal and most of the surgeries were done through the right side.. Also, starting a few days ago, the tissue right above the alar lobule and above the nasal ala, which had been firm, became soft and then seemed to increase a bit in volume and spread out. Because of this, the nasal bridge right before the alar lobule looks a bit wide. I think the alar lobule still has a round, puffy, tight-looking shape because the surgical area is still healing from the inside.. The same goes for the swelling on the right side.. As for the tissue becoming soft and spreading, I think with time the swelling will go down and the scar tissue will subside, so it will get better. The part that bothers me most is the columella.. It feels like the columella has gone inward compared with before. Because of this, my nose looks a little more upturned and shorter than before. For reference, both my surgery and removal were done with a closed approach. Sometimes when I read posts, I’ve seen cases where people who had an open approach say their columella went inward and then slowly came down.. But among those who had removal with a closed approach like me, has anyone felt that the columella went inward compared with before? I wonder if it might get better as the puffy alar lobule comes down and the tissue above the alar lobule subsides.. Or since with a closed approach they make an incision inside the nose toward the columella.. I wonder if contraction occurred as the wound healed.. I’d appreciate advice from anyone with experience.
