I had a very severe bulbous nose, and 6 months ago I reduced my nostril wings and put ear cartilage in the nasal tip. As time passes, it feels like the nasal cartilage is coming down. My philtrum also looks short, and from the front, the columella? the round flesh on the nose comes down lower than the nostrils, like a hump nose. From the side, the boundary between where the cartilage was inserted and the plain nasal bridge looks uneven, and my nose looks really long too... Should I remove the ear cartilage, or should I reposition it? I want my nose to look a bit shorter.. A slightly upturned nose looks pretty to me, but mine has come down a lot.......;
