I had open surgery using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, but after 2 months, due to inflammation, only the silicone was removed, and now only the septal cartilage and ear cartilage remain. It has already been almost 4 months since removal, and lately my nose seems to be swelling more and more, the line is getting thicker, and the nasal tip is so, so fat. My nasal bridge was originally high, so even after removing the silicone, maybe because of the capsule, it's still too high. The nasal tip is also too high because septal cartilage was used, and it really looks exactly like Pinocchio.. The doctor said he intentionally didn't remove all the scar tissue, saying that scar tissue, if used well, can be used for height, so he didn't remove it. When I told him honestly that I'm so stressed and don't even go outside, he said he would do revision surgery for me in early February, and at that time he would take tissue from my buttocks, use autologous dermis, and lower everything overall. Can I trust this hospital once again and have it done there.. The director is very nice and provides very good aftercare, but I just hate my nose so much after it developed inflammation and went through all this,, I want to have revision surgery even tomorrow if I could, but they say the tissue is too hard, and,, has anyone had revision surgery around the 4-month mark?
