What should I do? I had some acne in the past and I tend to have facial flushing, so after the nose surgery my nasal tip gets red very often,,, and it even looks dark... So I'm thinking of having it removed, but the hospital says there is no inflammation for now, so if I like the shape, I shouldn't remove it... Can I go to another hospital and ask them to remove it? Will my nose get even redder if I remove it? It's silicone + ear cartilage + tying.
