I'm the person who wrote the nose and paranasal augmentation review below. One is a pre-op photo. I originally had some nasal bridge height, and because it was small, it harmonized overall with my small face. But there were slight irregularities, so I had surgery. After raising my small nose, it looks extremely short. It's sharper than in the photo, too. I normally don't swell much, and at a glance almost all the swelling is gone. Will that nose really come down?
