If I had known about this place before plastic surgery, I absolutely would not have done it. Before doing it, I just thought that of course I would become prettier if I had surgery. Though I did hesitate because I was scared and because of the money. Now all I can think is how foolish it is to tear into perfectly healthy flesh and live with discomfort for the rest of my life. I had open approach + silicone 3.5 mm + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and the paranasal augmentation was done through an intraoral incision. Since it has only been 9 days, I’m not regretting it after seeing the result. From the day of surgery I started thinking this wasn’t right, and as soon as the surgery ended, even before looking in the mirror, I regretted it so much I wanted to die. When I was lying on the operating table, when I thought I wanted to stop, I should have run out even then. I think the sense of loss is much greater when someone with a reasonably okay appearance has surgery, compared with someone who has a severe appearance complex. That’s just my personal thought. Please really don’t get greedy. Even if you become prettier than now, it is too insignificant to trade for the pain of surgery, the lifelong discomfort you will carry, and the label of being someone who had plastic surgery. And I’m wondering if there is anyone like me. They say the nose comes down as time passes, but my nasal bridge is already slim and my nasal tip is pointy to the point that it looks bad. I’ve seen many posts worrying that the nasal tip is blunt, but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone say it is this pointy. Not only is it unlikely that a pointy nasal tip will become blunt over time, but at this point it feels like all the nasal swelling has gone down, yet the tip is still very high and upturned. My philtrum is a bit long, and with the paranasal augmentation plus my nasal tip lifted, half of my face looks like philtrum. Since my small nose was raised, it looks extremely short too. Even though it is this pointy now, will it come down over time?
