After nose surgery, if the philtrum looks long, will the philtrum area go inward if I get orthodontic treatment? Then will the philtrum look shorter? Originally, after nose surgery the philtrum should look shorter,,,,,,, But mine looks long,,,,, If I get orthodontic treatment and the philtrum area goes inward, will it look shorter? For reference, I have a protruding mouth,, and in cases of protruding mouth, the gums protrude a bit,,,, rather than the teeth protruding,,,, Anyway,,, would there be an effect??; I’m thinking about getting orthodontic treatment around January next year,, If your philtrum looked long, did you see an effect where it looked shorter after orthodontic treatment.....
