I originally had a wide bulbous nose, so I had alar reduction and they inserted ear cartilage into the nasal tip. It’s been about half a year since the surgery. But although the width has been reduced a lot, the tip of my nose has come down too much, so my philtrum looks short. When I smile, the tip of my nose and my upper lip almost touch. I’m wondering whether the surgery was done wrong or whether this is normal.. If I touch it, it feels hard, but it sits down there in a round shape.. I want to raise the tip a bit more and have a slimmer nose, but since I already had bulbous-nose surgery once, I probably can’t do more...
