Nose Surgery Reviews

I went for nose consultations, but what should I do when every clinic says something different?

It’s my first surgery for a bulbous nose, and I went to 4 consultations today, but every clinic said something different, so I’m confused.. Two clinics said my nose is on the short side and recommended autologous costal cartilage/donated costal cartilage, while the other two said my septal cartilage length is adequate and recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage.   At the place that suggested using only septal cartilage + ear cartilage, since I’m still pretty young (just became an adult), the director said that even if the shape I want comes out a little less, they recommend going in a safer direction. At the place that suggested using costal cartilage, they said that if only septal cartilage is used, it could collapse later, so a column needs to be built with a stronger cartilage material to raise it as much as I want, and that a slim shape would definitely come out. The consultation with the director who said to use only septal cartilage was much more detailed, and I liked that they seemed to prioritize safety while considering my overall image and age, but somehow I also feel like the latter might be better at creating the slim and pretty shape I want.. I’m planning to visit about 6 more places next week, but since every clinic I went to today talked differently about the materials and also about my facial proportions, I really can’t judge… What criteria should I use to choose? (•̥̥̥⌓•̥̥̥)
