First of all, the manager was really, really kind. In the end I had surgery somewhere else, but I still remember how kind they were until the very end.
The consultation was kind and detailed, but I couldn't shake the feeling that they were just listing off the information I had already researched in advance. The doctor also came right after finishing surgery, so it felt like a briefing given while they were exhausted.
