First of all, it’s ruined.. Someone saw my photo and said I have columellar retraction, drooping nasal tip, a crushed-looking nasal tip, and insufficient tissue. If I want another revision surgery, I have to wait 6 months to 1 year again. My previous nose did have a slightly protruding columella and it was pretty.. But now there’s no columella at all. Why did they make it like that..? Both sides of my costal cartilage have been used, and all the cartilage from one ear has been used. If I do it again, they’ll either have to reuse autologous costal cartilage or harvest it again. Is it possible to harvest costal cartilage three times? And people are telling me to get a refund from the hospital, and to ask them to issue copies of my surgical records and medical records.. Is that possibleㅠ
I don’t even want to get aftercare here.. If I get it done at another hospital, I’d like recommendations for a hospital that is good at making a long nose and a naturally projected columella.
