I had a consultation with Director Kim Jin-jung. It was the first clinic I visited after deciding to get nose surgery, so it left a strong impression. Since I was coming up from the provinces, I debated a lot before going, but I visited this clinic first and the head consultant was very kind. I had left a reservation deposit, and when I said after thinking it over that I wanted a refund, they handled it so willingly that I remember we didn’t make each other uncomfortable.
