They don’t really do excessive treatment or excessive recommendations. The manager showed me photos of their own nose surgery and shared their experience too. During the director consultation, I wanted them to look at my nose and tell me what improvements were needed first, but they only answered about the surgeries I brought up. For example, if I only asked about nostril reduction, they would answer only about that. Then if I asked, what about cartilage tying?, they’d say I should do that too. And if I asked, what about the bridge or the tip?, they’d say I should do that too. They seemed busy and kept rushing me by asking if I had anything else I wanted to know, so the consultation ended like I was being chased out.
