This is a revision nose surgery. (I wrote the surgery cost approximately)
After several operations already.. It didn’t seem like an easy surgery. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and the remaining materials were my own rib cartilage, and cartilage from one ear, but wherever I went, they kept saying we should use rib cartilage if we want the shape to come out properly. Most doctors said they wouldn’t do the surgery, or couldn’t do it, unless it was rib cartilage. I wanted to solve it with one ear. (I was afraid of rib cartilage side effects) (My thought was that the ear would be the safest) The only doctor who said they would operate using the remaining cartilage from one ear was Goksaem.
I’ve been to quite a few plastic surgery clinics for procedures and surgeries, but this was my first time meeting a doctor like this. He is truly a doctor. He treats patients with his heart.
The surgery result isn’t, because my nose had been through multiple surgeries and was in a bad state, like wow, so beautiful! that kind of result, to be honest, not quite a result that I’m completely thrilled with, but I have no regrets about choosing Goksaem.
There are a lot of doctors who make faces worse than expected... For the first surgery, and even for revision surgery, when things are still somewhat in good condition (when the conditions for improvement are there) I think people who get surgery from Goksaem are lucky. I’m jealous.
