I’m posting photos from removal to revision surgery, from week 1 to 6 months~

None of the photos are selfies, They show my face as others see it (opposite of mirror mode), and at a glance it may look like the photos were taken at an angle, but they were all taken straight from the front with the center line aligned. First photo - After my first surgery (silicone + ear cartilage) went wrong, I had it removed after 8 months (Shape: the nasal bone was shaved, so it became flat and blunt) When I looked in the mirror, I didn’t really notice that it had become blunt, but when I took photos and looked, it had become blunt (probably because the mirror and the face/photos others see are left-right reversed) Second photo - At 6 months after implant removal, osteotomy/cartilage repositioning/ear cartilage/3 mm silicone inserted again The nose looked crooked diagonally/at an angle and looked blunt The photo was taken straight; it wasn’t taken at an angle lol Third photo - Likewise, blunt...... Fourth - 6 months after revision surgery At first, I heard contracture usually starts from 2 weeks to around 4 months, but my skin is a bit thick?? so contracture started around 1 month. My nose was really big until 4 months lolololololol Now my nose has shrunk a lot when I compare the photos And because of contracture or asymmetry on both sides of the nose, the nose that looked crooked at first now doesn’t really look that crooked? Because my facial axis is tilted, I’m accepting a certain amount..~~ The dark mark on my nose is where I squeezed a pimple And some people say their nose looks crooked from after the splint is removed until before 4 months, but if the surgery was done well, it comes back. Mine looked extremely crooked at first, like in the photos. Because of left-right asymmetry, different skin thickness, and contracture, cartilage or implants may sometimes be inserted asymmetrically. It seems that when it settles, it returns to normal that way. Mine was pulled to the right, and it gradually came back too. At first, the nasal ala was pulled sharply to the right, so if I drew a line from the nasal ala up to the right pupil, the nasal ala was much larger, but now maybe because what was pulled to the right has moved over to the left, even when I measure it with a ruler, the line from the nasal ala to the front of the eye matches. Anyway, a crooked nose can last until 4 months, or even longer, and a blunt-looking nose also gets better with time, as long as the surgery wasn’t done wrong.. Don’t remove it hastily, and try to endure well for 6 months !
