Ice compress... Please help me...

They placed ear cartilage and something like a support at the nasal tip, and because it was tied, the director told me to apply ice compresses to the nasal tip a lot. Like rest for 1 hour and do it for 30 minutes... They said inflammation must not occur, so I should pay close attention and do it.. I’m going to the hospital every day for disinfection, and every time I go, while the director disinfects it, they ask, “You’re doing the ice compresses well, right?” So I received a lot of ice packs too.. The material of ice packs is all the same, but.. it’s kind of rubbery, right? I don’t really have much aversion to smells.. but starting around day 5, I suddenly often felt nauseous all day.. Like motion sickness, as if I was going to throw up.. I thought, is it because of the antibiotics? but thinking about it carefully, it gets much worse when I do the ice compress.. I guess the rubber smell was bothering me without me realizing.. I looked for other ice packs too, but they’re all made of similar material, so I’m continuing reluctantly.. (I can’t not do it..) It’s been about 10 days now.. It’s so painful.. Every time I do it, my stomach feels uncomfortable.. It’s similar to carsickness, so I feel like I’m dying.. But having to do that every day, 30 minutes every hour, is killing me.. The hospital says to put ice in a plastic bag, wrap it in a towel, and apply it, but it’s too cumbersome and there’s a lot of moisture, so it’s hard... Does anyone know a good ice pack? ㅠ_ㅜ Besides ice packs, is there anything else I can use for ice compresses? I’m not very swollen, and I really think the nose surgery went well, but because of this, I’m so scared that if I can’t do ice compresses properly, inflammation might occur ㅠ_ㅜ I do go to the hospital every day and get an antibiotic IV, but I’m so scared about what if inflammation happens because I don’t do the ice compresses properly.
