My girlfriend had nose surgery, and when I saw that it had become an upturned nose, I was shocked. Of course, it’s only day 4, so I’m taking the swelling into account, but it was still shocking. Her nose was pretty before she had it done I searched a bit and saw people saying it comes down after a while, but it doesn’t look like it was just lifted up, it looks like the nose was cut like a pig’s nose. Will it still come down? Or would it be better to remove the implant? I searched and saw that Maybe? seems to know a lot about this, so I’d really appreciate an answer.
