I had correction for an upturned nose Silicone 1mm.. ear cartilage, and cartilage tying If I take everything out and loosen it Could it go back, even if not exactly like before??.. I'm worried about the osteotomy.. If you do osteotomy, does it create more scar tissue or capsule? So in the end, do I have to keep the silicone in?? The doctor just went ahead and did the osteotomy without even discussing it...ah.. I'm dying here..
