About 10 Days After Chin Augmentation Surgery

I was someone with a serious complex about having a protruding mouth... lol I absolutely couldn’t go through with double-jaw surgery, so I went to the dentist hoping I might at least see some effect with orthodontics, and even paid a lot for an examination, but the diagnosis was shocking....... Looking at the angle of my teeth and other correlations, the tooth angle was normal, but because I have a retruded chin, a low nose, and lips that are too thick, it looks like I have a protruding mouth.,. They said even if I got orthodontic treatment, there would be no effect of my teeth moving inward... So despite everyone around me strongly trying to stop me, I decided to go under the knife again.. Unlike what I was worried about, I don’t have surgical pain, a foreign-body sensation at the surgical site, or any side effects so far.. But I look in the mirror dozens of times a day, and I feel like the thoughts “I did the right thing” and “I shouldn’t have done it” cross my mind five million times... Now that I have a V-line, I do feel more refined than before, and my ugly lip line has changed a bit so I feel like I may look cuter than before, and the protruding-mouth look has improved quite a lot to some extent, but when I look from the angle in the very last photo, it looks so, so strange... I look like a big-chinned person, or like Choi Hong-man.... I get really depressed thinking things like, why is my face like this even after spending money on it... It’s not like this is my first surgery, and I know I have to wait through the recovery period and for the swelling to go down, but for now I still feel a bit down... They said this surgery doesn’t have much swelling, but that can’t be all the swelling gone already, right... The swelling from my back canthoplasty area hasn’t gone down either... Anyway, I couldn’t even sleep until now because I was looking for photos from similar angles and editing them. For those who have had chin augmentation surgery, please let me know if the swelling goes down a lot ----------------------------------------------- 5 more days have passed since the day I posted this I came here and whined because I was afraid the surgical result might not be good, but it’s true that as time passes and the swelling goes down, my face changes again... Anyway, with plastic surgery, time really seems to be the medicine... The strange feeling is almost gone too, and now I just have to hope no side effects appear. Anyway, now my mouth doesn’t look protruded either, so I’ve gained some confidence in my side profile, and from the front I have a V-line too, so when I take photos my face shape comes out oval... It doesn’t look obvious that I had surgery, the reactions are good too... It’s a huge success lol I’m adding photos from 5 more days later. For those with a protruding mouth or a retruded chin, I highly recommend chin augmentation surgery....^^
