First of all, only two photos can be uploaded, so I can’t upload the before-surgery photos ㅜㅜ I had surgery on the 27th at 10.. I had the surgery without telling my family, so I’m staying alone at a goshi-tel. My parents think I’m only out for a month because of work.. I’m such an unfilial daughter ㅠㅠ Mom, I’m sorry.. When I recover and go home, I’ll really be good to you ㅠ First, I was only going to do square jaw surgery, but my front chin is completely straight like ㅡ. So is it called a pentagon chin? Because of that, after the consultation, I decided to do cortical ostectomy/mandibular contouring. For V-line T-osteotomy, having something fixed into my chin felt, well;; a bit uncomfortable, so I chose contour shaving, and I told them to do the square jaw and, for the front chin, not make it pointed, but just shave only the angular end parts round like this ㅡ. For the photos, the first one was taken right after discharge after surgery. It was taken around 8 p.m. (I did it at a place that doesn’t insert a blood drain, so I was discharged right away~) The second photo is today, so the day right after surgery. Earlier, I woke up at 7 a.m. and, into my mouth that wouldn’t open, I forced in pumpkin porridge my family had cooked at home using chopsticks and ate it. (Even the smallest spoon wouldn’t go in for me.. My mouth is already small, and with swelling too..) After eating like that, taking medicine, gargling, sleeping a bit, and now I’ve just woken upㅋㅋ It’s a photo taken around 12. It doesn’t look very swollen, but actually it’s extremely swollen; the photo makes it look not that swollen;; To talk about after surgery.. really.. For several hours after surgery, I thought I was going to die.. I don’t think I’m that much of a complainer, but the doctor asked why I was complaining so much, so I realized, ah, I must be complaining a lot..ㅋㅋㅋ But my body is quite weak to begin with..ㅜ After waking up from anesthesia, I vomited blood while exercising..ㅋㅋ I really thought I was filming a drama. When I vomited, only blood poured out..ㄷㄷ I had to keep walking and exercising, but I was so exhausted that I kept trying to lie down, so the nurses there kept saying, “You need to get up~ You need to walk~ You need to exercise~” and as I kept walking, around 5 o’clock I started to come back to my senses.. just a little ㅜㅋㅋ Taking a taxi back to the goshi-tel area cost 10,100 won..ㅋㅋ My throat hurt so much and I really couldn’t speak, so the manager helped me get into the taxi too..ㅜ I was so grateful. If you look closely at the first photo, I’m not wearing clothes --;; As soon as I arrived at the goshi-tel, since I had taken a taxi and still had anesthesia in my system, as soon as I came in I took off all the clothes I could and just lay down on the bedㅋㅋ At dawn, I woke up almost every hour, and thought I couldn’t go on like this, so at 3:30 a.m. I went outside and walked a little;; really just a little, then came back in and slept. Ah, what else should I say.. There’s really a lot to say ㅜ But among those who have had square jaw surgery, if you look at my first photo, the area circled in red on my lip hurts so much..ㅜ It’s my lip, but it’s marked in a square shape like a burn. Does anyone know why that is ㅜ? It stings even if I just touch it, it’s completely awful..ㄷㄷ If I were told to do the surgery again, I don’t think I could..ㅜㅜ I want the stitches out and swelling gone quickly so I can see my family ㅜ I tried to give an accurate review..ㅜ but I don’t even know what I’m saying, and it’s all out of order..;; It’s almost 1 o’clock now.. I should eat lunch and take medicine againㅋㅋ Being alone is so lonely.. Since nobody around me knows I’m having surgery, it’s so hard having to get through it alone. I think this pain is the price I’m paying for lying to my parents..ㅜㅋㅋ Then I’ll post again later after removing the bandage and stitches~~
