Silicone removal

I tied up the tip cartilage (the center of my nose had a bit of a hollow shape, so that’s why I tied it) and also shaved down a subtle hump that I didn’t even know I had, then placed silicone on top. (All the way to the tip) It’s been 3 years since the surgery. Lately, I’ve been worried because my nose has become too high and looks unnatural, and the silicone has also shifted. I’m considering removal, but among the two places I consulted for revision surgery, one of them said the shape would look bad after removal and recommended revision surgery instead. (It’s a clinic in Busan that many people would recognize if they heard the name. It’s quiet with few patients, a clinic that only does noses.) Seeing people here who had their silicone removed gives me courage, and I’m thinking about removing mine too, but over these 3 years, I keep worrying whether the silicone inserted all the way to the tip (it’s not an L type) caused any deformation, or whether, since I tied the cartilage, the center of my nose might split open again like before. I’m also worried it might become bumpy because of the hump-nose tendency I didn’t even realize was there. My biggest worry is that while raising the nose, I was told it had a slight bend, but honestly I think that bend is because it was overcorrected (too high), so it seems like it really was bent. If I remove it, will my nose go back to its original look, with the center of the nose spread open... or will the tied center stay un-dented, or will I become a monster? I’m torn between revision surgery, the current appearance, and silicone removal... I’m planning to think it over slowly for about a month.
