Dog-like jaw..

I had cheekbone reduction, square jaw surgery, and V-line done, and I also had liposuction done together. For the cheekbones, the side cheekbones look like they went in, but as the swelling goes down, the 45-degree cheekbone area remains exactly there.. And originally I didn't really have much of a posterior mandibular angle behind the ear, but during surgery the angle behind the ear was all cut away.. With the front chin made pointed too, I feel like I'm going to end up with a completely dog-like jaw.. What should I do.. 1. As the cheekbone swelling went down, the side cheekbones went in, but the 45-degree area is visible; is this swelling? 2. Do people call it a dog-like jaw when they see there is no angle behind the ear? Or do they call it that when they see the way the jawline drops? If there is no angle behind the ear, is it automatically a dog-like jaw? 3. Is there no solution if it becomes a dog-like jaw..
