Deviated septum + nasal tip, day 6.. pain by stage lol

I went to the hospital for a cold, and they said the inside of my nose was very crooked, so it would be hard for me to breathe.. So I decided to have surgery for a deviated septum and looked into it a bit.. Since improving function was the top priority anyway, I had it done in the ENT department at a university hospital. "While doing the deviated septum surgery, please also tie my nasal tip so it looks slimmer." That was my request.. Since they have to cut the septal cartilage anyway when doing deviated septum surgery, they said they could put that into the nasal tip.. and if it wasn’t enough, they could take ear cartilage.. In the end, they used ear cartilage. I was so scared of pain that I had the surgery under general anesthesia.. On the day of surgery, I was dazed from the anesthesia and the day passed.. I also got several painkiller shots.. The day after surgery.. I had cotton packed in my nose, had to breathe through my mouth, and swallowed blood down the back of my throat.. Pain And on the second day after surgery, when they removed the cotton from inside my nose, the pain reached its peak. sob sob I was hospitalized for three days, and it was actually pretty okay. My family paid attention to me for the first time in a while lol.. If I said I was in pain, the nurses gave me painkillers and did the dressing. I had my stitches removed today.. It hurt less than when the cotton was removed. But maybe because cartilage was inserted and the nasal tip was tied, it is completely hard.. and it hurts when I touch it.. I searched and read posts in this community.. and they said it varies by person, but a cartilage nasal tip usually stays hard almost continuously.. forever~ () On top of that, there were many reviews saying it takes 6 months to 1 year for sensation to come back.. Well.. I’m going to think that if you gain something, you lose something too, and just hope the swelling goes down and it becomes slim^^ Anyway, the pain ranking for deviated septum + nasal tip surgery is 1. Removing the cotton from inside the nose is number 1!! 2. The two days of pain after surgery before the cotton is removed, swallowing blood and breathing through the mouth That’s it. I was trembling with fear.. but the stitches were not painful enough to even put at number 3;; lolol Everyone, hang in there and make a pretty nose~~ ..Lastly, among those who had their nasal tip done with ear cartilage, if you tell me how long it took until it didn’t hurt when touched, you’ll be blessed~~~
