It’s now been over 23 days since my nose surgery,,, First of all, I really regret having the surgery and want to remove it.... I only had the nasal tip done with septal cartilage.. If I remove that, will my nose go back to how it was?... My nose was originally slightly droopy.. I wanted to lift it slightly with septal cartilage, but I regret it so much, and it really doesn’t suit my face.. I thought it would change just a little, but it changed so much that I looked in the mirror and cried for a month.. That’s how it’s been.. It was my first surgery, so if I take it out, will it go back?... Will it droop more than before?.. I’m really having such a hard time... Please help me.. Will I get contracture or indentation, things like that?,.,, They say septal extension surgery done with septal cartilage touches the alar cartilage? and that if it’s removed, the nose could collapse, and there are so many scary things being said..... Some say if you’re going to remove it, it’s better to remove it as soon as possible, and some say the tissue is still damaged, so it’s better to wait a bit and remove it after it recovers.. Even if I remove it, because of wounds or scar tissue in the skin tissue, it won’t become soft and squishy like before, right...?,,,, Still, after removing it, wouldn’t it be softer than it is now with the septal cartilage inside the columella..? Right now I can’t do anything and I’m just at home, and my future feels so depressing too... I shouldn’t have touched it; now it just looks artificial.. My original face .... was reasonably okay...
