Silicone for weak chin

Yesterday I had weak-chin surgery with silicone, and because it was done under local anesthesia, I really thought I was going to die from the pain.. I asked them to put in a small size, but during the surgery it seems like there wasn't a small-size implant, so they put in something around medium size. During the consultation, the small size had fit me perfectly... My face is kind of round, and I have a slightly protruding mouth and a somewhat short chin. It wasn't to the point that I felt stressed about my weak chin, I just did it because I thought it would look better. But today I called the hospital and asked about the size, and they wouldn't tell me properly, just kept rambling. When I asked them to tell me the size, they said they used the size that suits me, and that weak-chin silicone isn't something that's fixed at a certain number of mm. They seem to have put in a big one and are trying to bluff me. What should I do? And what is the usual size for weak-chin silicone, in mm? It won't make me look like a horse face, right??
