(Receding chin implant) It's been 4 days since surgery

I had been searching here and there for years, and I thought a famous hospital would still be best, so I had surgery in Gangnam. I did it on Monday and now it's Thursday, and after taking off the tape, I'm in complete despair. First of all, I had almost no chin and had a protruding mouth. The doctor said that if I put silicone in my chin, my mouth would also look like it went in. Even though I had no chin and a protruding mouth, my eyes and nose were very defined, so people said I was pretty(^^;). Everywhere I went, they said if I just fixed my receding chin, my looks would really improve, so I thought about it and did it, but now I'm so depressed. First, my mouth has become a sunken, toothless-looking shape like Kang Hye-jung's mouth. I didn't tell my husband, but he asked if I had two-jaw surgery. (I told him I had dental treatment.) And my face is square. Before, my face was on the round side, but instead of my chin becoming pointed, it came out plump toward the front, and maybe because of that it looks even more square. They say other people can barely tell they had surgery, but right now I completely look like Park Kyung-lim. I'm so depressed. Is it because it's only been 4 days since surgery? I'm so curious whether people who look pretty were fine from the beginning, or whether they were like me at first and got better later. They said it would be okay in a week, so I went for it boldly, but I have to go to my in-laws for Christmas, and next week I have an important meeting too, so this is a serious problem. When I look at other people's photos, even if there is swelling, they still look pretty just a few days after surgery, so why am I like this? I'm so worried I don't know what I should do. T.T
