They speak really fast. They judge right away from the photos and tell you what needs to be done. They also tell you what went wrong in the first surgery in the past. It was my first time learning that too much muscle had been removed from the lower line of my eyes. The rest were things I’d already heard before (a slight sausage look, the shape of the front of the eyes)
