I had a consultation for facial contouring. Beforehand, I told the consultant that I wanted zygoma reduction but was scared of sagging, and that I liked my square jaw but was worried because my face didn’t look slim. The director advised me to do only the chin tip + said they could do the zygoma and square jaw if I wanted, but since I have a short face, it suits me well even now.
At the time I thought this diagnosis was conservative, but looking back, I also wondered whether they didn’t recommend it because the result might not be good if they performed the procedure on me That thought crossed my mind.. This is just my personal opinion..
Overall, they seemed to very, very strongly prefer short faces + short lower faces. Among the before-and-after photos, some cases.. seemed strange because the lower face had been made too short.
My lower face is also on the short side, so I was a bit worried.
When proceeding metal-free, I saw many posts about side effects such as scar tissue forming in the jaw muscles so in the end, even after putting down a reservation deposit, I gave up on surgery.
(I even got the blood test and left, but the 100,000 won feels like such a waste..)
