Do I absolutely have to remove Medpor? Anyone who had it removed or developed side effects…

It has been 3 months since I had surgery with silicone on the nasal bridge and Medpor at the nasal tip? columella area. Even though I had a thorough consultation before surgery, I thought, since it was done at a famous hospital in Seoul, they would do it well, and I didn’t properly listen to things like the materials and just went ahead. Then 3 months later, I went to the hospital for a follow-up, and they told me they had used something called Medpor. After that, I came home and searched it up, and the only advantages of Medpor were that it is easy to shape and can raise the nasal tip high. It is true that all implants have risks of side effects, including inflammation, but they said Medpor has a much higher probability of risk, and even if inflammation does not occur, because of Medpor’s own heaviness, as time gradually passes, the nasal tip becomes thinner and shows through. They also said inflammation can occur because of that visibility. So now I want to remove the Medpor. While looking into it this time, I realized for the first time that there are so many people who suffered from side effects. They said they thought it would be fine as long as it wasn’t them, but then it happened to them, and they regretted getting nose surgery itself. Even if someone who had Medpor has no side effects, I wonder, should I just live with it since I like it? But then, they say Medpor inevitably thins the skin within 5 years, causes visible show-through, and has a high inflammation risk, so I wonder, should I remove only the Medpor and revise just the nasal tip with ear cartilage or septal cartilage? But then again, if an implant itself is inside the nose, inflammation could happen someday, so I also want to remove both the silicone and Medpor entirely. I guess human desire is what it is. After living for a few months with a higher nose, I honestly don’t want to remove everything and go back to my original nose... In my case, I’m not thinking about removal because of inflammation or side effects, so I also wonder if I could just live carefully like this... Among those who had surgery with Medpor, if anyone had a hard time because of side effects or inflammation, please help me... I’m almost settled on removal, but I’m worried that if I touch it for no reason, it may end up looking worse than now. I’m not trying to make the shape prettier or the height higher; because of my anxiety about the implant called Medpor, I’m considering complete removal of silicone + Medpor, or removal of only the Medpor at the nasal tip. Or should I just keep living like this... I haven’t found a single good review about Medpor, so my distrust just keeps building.. I should have looked into it before surgery...... Is it like one in a thousand people gets inflammation... I’m curious. If silicone is placed in the nasal bridge, does inflammation not occur there? I’m curious whether inflammation only happens at the nasal tip.
