It’s been 2 weeks since my nose surgery, please evaluate it, ladies (photo included)

I’m a man who doesn’t know much about plastic surgery.. Before surgery, I had an upturned nose + wide alar base. The doctor said to raise it with septal cartilage + costal cartilage and to do alar reduction, so I did that. But now, 2 weeks after surgery, when I look in the mirror, I feel like, what is this? More than anything, I spent a lot of money (4..) and I’m posting because I didn’t get a result I’m satisfied with. Of course, it’s only the second week and the swelling hasn’t fully gone down, but even the nostrils after alar reduction are uneven on both sides, and I had surgery to lower the nose, but um, it still seems upturned, and the nasal tip is blunt, so from the front it looks like a bulbous nose? It gives a bit of that broad, bulbous-nose feeling. Also, importantly, since last week I’ve been going to the clinic every day, and every two days they’ve been drawing blood from the nose area.... Also, for two weeks my nasal congestion has been severe, so I’m only breathing through my mouth, and I am.. The doctor is a really good person, but the problems I picked out are nasal congestion + nostril asymmetry + a nose that has come down but is still a bit upturned + a blunt-looking nasal tip. That’s about how I can summarize it. I’d like you to evaluate whether there’s a possibility it will change.. and so on. Please also point out specifically what the problems are and where. Also, if it still looks like this later after all the swelling goes down, I’m wondering whether it’s a nose that can have revision surgery.. and I’m also curious how much possibility there is that it will change..
