I went in for a consultation because of nose surgery, and I think the director understood my needs well and we had good back-and-forth communication. They shaped my nose with a cotton swab, and I liked it. They identified issues I had not thought of and recommended a surgical method. I also communicated well with the consultation manager, and I felt that everyone at the clinic took pride in it. If I put down a refundable tentative reservation deposit, there was a big discount, so I paid the tentative reservation deposit for now, but after seeing premium reviews, there was a lot of talk saying the surgery went badly or that their attitude changed after surgery, so I am a little worried about whether I will actually have the surgery.. If only the review comments had been good, I would have done it here right away! The director told me that they had understood the patient’s needs to some extent, but there had been issues like the patient asked for a natural result and then felt it looked like nothing was done, or asked for a glamorous result and then felt it was too much. So I think both sides really need to talk a lot with each other.
