No matter how much I shaded and retouched my nose, the round and blunt feeling would not go away, so I was really worried and got a consultation with Director Kim Gyubeom. During the consultation, I emphasized that I wanted it to look refined and elegant, and he looked at everything according to my facial proportions, from nose length to nasal tip width, and explained what condition my nose was currently in and what surgical method could improve it. Also, there was something I had left out in my questions, but he checked that part first, which surprised me lol. He recommended doing both septal cartilage and donor rib cartilage for me, and overall the hospital did not pressure me to make a reservation or over-treat, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably.
