Seeing the director is like plucking a star from the sky. They said director consultations are only possible during lunchtime, so I went to match that time. But because of the wait, I couldn’t have a proper consultation. Since I work, I wanted to wait for a consultation with the director in the afternoon even if there was a wait, but they said consultation is only possible if I go at exactly twelve. But that time is impossible for me unless I take annual leave. They said they absolutely won’t provide a consultation unless it’s at twelve. In the end, I had a rushed director consultation for about 3 minutes and came out. There’s no way it could have been a proper consultation... At other hospitals, the consultation managers had at least some knowledge from what they had seen and heard, so the consultation flowed smoothly when I talked, but here, the manager who consulted with me seemed to know nothing, and I don’t know about the other managers. At least the manager I spoke with was like that. It’s just really, really hard to see the director.
