The second time, when I was lying down during the procedure and asked if it would hurt, they answered as if it was absurd, saying, "If you don't like pain, pay more and do it." It wasn't that I didn't do it because I had no money. When the counter staff asked me to choose whether to apply numbing cream or not, I asked which was better, and they said if I applied numbing cream, the effect might be weaker, so I decided not to apply it. I don't know why, from consultation to procedure, they complained so much to a patient.
