About what is called a septal extension graft/support.. Is that placed in the columella? Or is it placed in the part that comes up to the nasal tip? I want to have it removed... If this was located in the columella, the part dividing the nostrils, just above the philtrum, then if I remove it... I feel like my nose will become upturned and shorter. Does anyone know where a septal extension graft/support is placed? Please help!
