For those who have had removal, please leave just one comment each (desperate)

It has been about 3 weeks since my surgery.. But I want to have it removed, though I’m in a situation where I can’t.. because of my parents, and I’m also attending school. For now, the surgery was Gore-Tex + septal cartilage + septal support strut + AlloDerm..... But what I’m worried about is.. First of all, my nasal tip is hard, and I only just found out that it stays hard even as time passes.. I can’t even press my nasal tip into a pillow. I’m so sad and exhausted. I think removal would only be possible if the Gore-Tex developed inflammation.. I’m worried that removal is difficult too, and whether the septal cartilage support strut and AlloDerm... those things can still be removed even after time passes.. I’m also worried that severe contracture might occur after removal.. The most frustrating and difficult thing is that I can’t have it removed right now.. Actually, even if I do have it removed, I can’t do it at the hospital where I had surgery. They say they can’t do the nasal tip there because it was manipulated a lot. Honestly, I don’t know exactly what kind of manipulation was done.. Since I had surgery at an ENT department in a general hospital, if I have removal, I think I’ll need to do it at a plastic surgery clinic.. This got too long.. Please leave even just one comment each. Mental illness, depression, stress.. I never thought these would become my story. Is there anyone who had removal after time had passed? A septal support strut or Gore-Tex.. And right now the Gore-Tex has been crooked since the surgery.. Since it keeps pressing on the bone, if I remove it after time passes, will my nasal bone be pressed down so that my own bone is also crooked? I also had my hump shaved.. but they said they didn’t just shave the hump.. They shaved more so the implant would fit well.. I regret it, thinking I should have gone to a plastic surgery clinic instead, and why did I do it to a perfectly normal nose.. Please help
