It’s been 3 weeks since my revision surgery I had full osteotomy, and they used the septum, donor cartilage, and a bit of ear cartilage too It feels like it ended up too straight and high, and the tip of my nose looks too big too. What do you all think? Why is the swelling not going down like this? Even though I had osteotomy, it doesn’t seem like it has become noticeably slimmer, and it looks kind of bumpy and puffy
