My nose right now is similar to Tiffany's nose from her debut days. My nose before surgery was also similar to Tiffany's when she was a trainee. After surgery, the tip of the nose became round and bell-shaped, and in side view the end part is slightly sunken too. But at some point Tiffany's nose became kind of normal (?) Less bulky, and the tip no longer looks strange... How do you even make it turn out like that? Could the nasolabial angle be the problem? The shape of my nose before surgery and after the first surgery is exactly like mine I want to get out of this bulbous-nose look too..
