After removing the silicone, ear cartilage, and open rhinoplasty one month later

I had surgery without thinking much because my older sister became prettier after hers, so I got surgery too. But I guess not everyone gets prettier. After my nose job, my facial impression looked harsher, the silicone bent, and the ear cartilage also shifted. As the swelling went down, it stood out even more, and the glabella was too high, so I cried for a long time. Even after correction, the crookedness didn't go back, and the bent cartilage ached with throbbing pain. In the end I decided to have it removed, but the doctor kept saying I had to wait until it had been a month and told me to keep waiting. When a month passed, the silicone and ear cartilage were removed in 15 minutes. My nose was swollen, but my mind felt at ease. For about 6 days it was so soft that it could sink inward. On day 7, contraction started I felt like I was going crazy. I wanted to die. My nose became hard, like silicone had been inserted into it. Contraction had started. After that I massaged it three times a day, morning, afternoon, and evening, with a towel for 2 hours each time, and I also woke up in the middle of the night like crazy and kept touching it, so it loosened up to some extent and got a little better. For the past 2 or 3 days, I haven't been doing the towel massage anymore, and I just touch it by hand for 10 minutes each in the morning, afternoon, and evening. At the hospital, they only did the removal and didn't even give me anti-inflammatory medicine or prescribe Rizaben. They said I didn't need to take it... Once the removal was done at the hospital, they didn't pay any attention to my nose at all. I figured out the massage on my own. It's now been over 5 weeks since the removal. It's hard in the morning, but by the afternoon it loosens up a bit. Because the silicone was inserted starting from the glabella, the glabella is too high, and I do get irritated when I look in the mirror. They say that as long as there's no inflammation or other manipulation of the nose, there won't be contraction.
