It’s almost been a full month after removal~ The ear cartilage was left in place~ Please take a look at the photos~ Photo 1 is a mirror shot taken from the front Photo 2 is also a mirror shot taken from the front, but in No. 1 I just took it comfortably with my chin slightly raised, and in No. 2 I paid attention and tucked my chin in~ And No. 3 is a selfie~~ In my eyes, what looks most similar to my nose is somewhere between No. 1 and No. 2??? I think that’s about right~~~ Depending on the angle, it feels like the nose looks upturned~ And when I’m just relaxed, my nostrils are clearly visible, so it bothers me a lot~ A lot of scar tissue has formed on one side, so one nostril looks sharper and more visible~ I think the columella has moved up above the nasal alae, making it look upturned~ Also, because one nostril is more lifted, it looks worse too. I’m spending time thinking, please just come down to about the level of the other nostril.. I hope it comes down at least as much as No. 2~ (My original nose showed even less nostril than No. 2~) I am a little worried because the ear cartilage was left in, but still, it’ll come down to some extent, I guess.. I’m working hard to manage it, but every time I look in the mirror, the nose looks different, so my nerves are on edge;; But why do other people not know the difference before and after surgery;;; It’s definitely different, you know;;; Please, I hope it’s just my own oversensitivity... I have oily skin and my skin is on the thicker side, and my tissue quality isn’t particularly great either~~ Right now, quite a lot of scar tissue has formed, and in person, my nose is also puffy~~ The nostril asymmetry is much worse too~ Still, right after removal, I saw that my nose looked good, so I haven’t let go of hope and am waiting diligently^^ I hope time passes quickly and it returns to a normal-looking nose, not a nose that gives off a piggy vibe even if it lifts just slightly;;;
