Hello, everyone! My nose is short and very slightly upturned! It's not severe! When I looked into it, they said they slightly lengthen the nose with septal extension! And also work on the nasal tip! If I do it, will the shape become slim and pretty? I saw a post below saying not to use the septum! I'm curious! Please give me some answers! Since septal extension also touches the columella!
