I had surgery 1 year ago and have been living dissatisfied. It was an arrow-shaped nose + hump nose, but to me it still feels like an arrow-shaped nose + hump nose. (My boyfriend also asked why my nose keeps getting longer and drooping more and more) It is natural, in a different sense. Of course it's better than before surgery, but if this was going to be the result, I wouldn't have paid this money. They pushed back, saying this is the limit for my nose
