At first, 4 years ago, I had it done with silicone and septal cartilage, and 1 year later, I had another corrective surgery because scar tissue formed inside my nose. Even then, I was fairly satisfied with the nasal bridge, but the detailed parts like the nasal tip, nasolabial angle, and nostril show kept feeling disappointing, seriously ㅜㅜ Thinking this would be the last nose surgery of my life, I made a big decision and had revision rhinoplasty with Director Um Jae-ho! The surgical scope was pretty wide, you know? They removed the foreign material in my nasal bridge and tip, lowered the nostrils, and even corrected the columella and nasolabial angle lol amazing, right? The materials used were 5 mm silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and the style was not too excessive, but with a slight straight-with-a-gentle-curve feel! I didn’t want anything pointed or artificial, so I carefully brought that up too during the consultation, and the doctor really picked up on it delicately. Now the nasolabial angle line is soft, and the lifted-looking nasal tip has come down nicely, so I’m really satisfied! The step-off on the nasal dorsum has also been cleaned up, so the front and side views both look neat and natural~! I like it much more than my previous surgery, and now I feel like I won’t need to touch it anymore If you’re thinking about revision surgery, I recommend Director Um Jae-ho! I seriously feel so relieved ㅜㅜ
