I’m having such a hard time mentally after nose surgery. Please help

On July 4, I had nasal tip surgery using cartilage suturing, ear cartilage, and about 0.2 mm of silicone. I did not raise the nasal bridge. The silicone was only used to make the nasal bridge look smooth, so I only did the nasal tip, but after I happened to come into this community and saw so many side-effect and removal reviews, I became so sensitive that now, only about a month after surgery, all I can think about is removal. Maybe because I’m still young, I don’t have many friends around me who have had nose surgery, so I have nowhere to get advice, and when friends say my original nose was fine and ask why I did it, I just feel hurt. I also feel sorry toward my parents, who willingly allowed me to spend a large amount of money on nose surgery, so right now I can’t do anything and just search the internet every day. My recovery is slow, so the nose shape hasn’t really come out properly yet, but honestly I’m not even interested in the nose shape right now. The nasal tip is hard, the nasal bridge feels heavy, and because of this indescribable anxiety and foreign-body sensation, all I think about is removal. I was foolish to believe the manager’s words that once it was done, as long as no problem occurred, it would be permanent.... It just hurts that I wasn’t a little more careful. I have to go back to school soon, so I feel like I have no choice but to wait until winter break, and I’m not even certain that I should remove it. Also, because of concerns about changes in the nose shape, it doesn’t seem like removal is necessarily the only answer, so I’m trying to think more carefully, but the next 6 months feel so frightening.... When I look at my nose from below now, the columella looks crooked and the nostrils are uneven. If it keeps being like this, I feel like the clinic will naturally recommend revision surgery or removal, so I’m deliberately holding back and waiting because I don’t want to seem like a difficult patient. But now that more than a month has passed and a lot of the major swelling has gone down, I don’t know whether the surgery went wrong or whether it’s because of swelling... Is there anyone like me? I couldn’t sleep and held it in and held it in, and now I feel like I need to pull myself together, so I’m posting this. Is it right to just wait like this for 6 months? After 6 months, if I remove the implant, will I end up with an upturned nose or something like nasal tip depression... I heard that once cartilage has been sutured, even if it is released, it doesn’t go back, so if the silicone and cartilage are removed, will my nose look very pinched? I think asking people here who have experienced this directly is the best way. Please help.
