It’s been about one month and one week since surgery. Since the surgery, I’ve been so stressed that I relieve it by eating every day, gained weight, and after rhinoplasty my life has become a mess. I regret having surgery so much ㅜㅜ I had my slight dorsal hump on the nasal bridge shaved, silicone in the nasal bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and nasal tip cartilage suturing. But they made my roundish nose too pointy. Right after surgery, my nose was very upturned, but I waited until the swelling went down. As the swelling went down, my nose looked more pinched, and even though the nose that had been upturned came down, it became a nose where the nostrils show. The nose also looks short, literally a short nose and upturned nose ㅜㅜ (Originally my nostrils did not show) I’m thinking about removal. If I remove it after one month and one week, will contracture occur? If I release the cartilage suturing, will the pinched nose return to how it was originally? I don’t know whether I should remove everything, or lower the silicone and release the tied cartilage. Everyone, please help me ㅠㅠ
