I really didn’t know before, but a little over a year after shaving down my cheekbones, my nose gradually started spreading and my nasal tip started drooping lol I wondered what the problem was… and when I looked it up, they say it’s because the bone support has weakened So I just kept worrying about it, but in the end I decided to consider nasal reconstruction and went for consultations at hospitals My original list was ㅁㅇㅌ, ㅌㅇㅅ, ㅋㅂㅈ, but someone in the comments said ENT rhinoplasty isn’t good for this, so because I’m easily swayed, I took it off my list The reviews were good, but since I’m easily influenced, I couldn’t help it.. I wanted to get more than just 2 consultations, so I added ㄱㄱ, ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, and ㅁㅇㄷㅇ and went for consultations there too The conclusion? I still haven’t chosen lololol The pros and cons are all so different, and the price differences are pretty big too It’s not just the surgery cost; I keep thinking about where I should entrust my nose, so I’m agonizing over it a million times List of places I’ve had consultations at so far ㅁㅇㅌ ㅌㅇㅅ ㄱㄱ ㅇㄴㅅㅌ ㅁㅇㄷㅇ If I still can’t choose from these, I’m seriously at the level where I should just give up on my nose lololol If anyone here is also considering revision surgery or autologous costal cartilage like me and felt that any place was a bit different, please leave a comment… I’m trying to do this thinking it’s really the last time, so I want to get recommendations for my list just one more time… Also, if anyone has had surgery at any of these places, real reviews would be great too
햄스터대장쓰 You must be really torn. I haven’t even started going around for consultations yet, but I already have so many worries ..
소미소야 Maybe because mine was also a revision surgery, I was recommended autologous costal cartilage at most hospitals. Since I’d have to use costal cartilage anyway, I wanted to do it somewhere that would examine me properly, so I did it at Finish, the only place that took an X-ray But everyone’s criteria are different, so don’t get too anxious just because you can’t decide, and look into it carefully!
인형아닌인영 I didn’t know it could be because of cheekbone surgery Realistically, you can’t avoid the cost burden, but if the surgery goes well, I guess it’s something you have to accept. I’m also considering autologous costal cartilage this time, so I’m worried about what the cost will be like too. Did you also get a consultation for autologous costal cartilage at ㅁㅇㄷㅇ? Would you possibly be able to share the cost information?
우치하이타치 Hmm, I also had a consultation there, and it didn’t seem bad.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 17 A Question for Everyone Removing Implants Because of Contracture!
When contracture develops, you remove everything completely, right? Then lowering the nasal tip is done by lowering it while repositioning the cartilage? If you go to remove it because contracture developed, the removal cost goes up too…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 17 A hospital specializing in extreme nose cases? If 6 turn out well and 4 fail... ?
If it’s a hospital for extreme nose cases where the chance of turning out well is 60% and the people who fail are 40%, is it really right to leave it up to luck, like a hit-or-miss gamble, rather than skill?
