I’m 4 weeks after septal cartilage removal

Since there isn’t any discomfort like when I had the nose surgery, I’m doing fine for now... The nasal tip still won’t do a piggy nose.... It’s hard, but even if I force it upward, the tingling or pain is gone. Even if I grab my nose and shake it hard or whatever, there’s no pain at all... But I still can’t do a piggy nose...ㅡ.ㅡ Other than that, there’s still flesh on the nasal bridge, it still feels rubbery, and rather than saying it’s hard, it feels more like firm? The outside is soft. When I look in the mirror, it’s not a nose where the nostrils show.. It’s not a nose I’d call contracted or upturned, but why does it seem subtly lifted and short............. The conclusion is..... Like the circled area in the photo, the end of the columella, the side of the column where it was opened up (first surgery was open, removal was closed), that area got pulled upward.. It feels hard and contracted.; And because there is flesh attached to the nasal bridge and it still feels firm, it pulls slightly, so overall I think it takes a form that makes the nose look short. The nostrils aren’t lifted, but somehow it feels shortened...like that... Even if it’s done with a closed approach, since the inside has been worked through twice, I think scar contraction pulling inward is the same. On the side where I had removal through a closed approach, it is very slightly more lifted and feels firmer too. When still, it’s subtle, but when I purse my lips like saying “oh,” it definitely pulls upward...,,;;;;;; But since the nose is firm, it does look more high and gathered than before surgery.. But the shape is not refined.. What I’m doing so far is taking Rizaben 3 times, very diligently.. Around week 3, I felt it had become hard even at night, and I had only taken Rizaben once then.. So I wondered, is that why? and I’m making sure to keep taking it 3 times... And for massage, I’m rotating around the firm areas where something feels clumped or where there is flesh.. Sometimes I use a facial steamer on it~ I tried warm compresses by microwaving them, but they cooled down in 30 seconds.. So I bought and am using a steamer, and it’s good~ The price is cheap too! Around 30,000 won maybe.. In my case, from the upper parts of both nasal alae and the flesh on the nasal bridge to the nasal tip line, that area seems clumped--I wonder if other people have the same clumped areas.. Thinking about it now, I think removing it was the right choice.. I don’t regret the removal.. And the aftereffects are gradually disappearing too. When I had the nose surgery, even while watching a movie, I only saw noses.. Now when I watch a movie, I can focus on the story.. And I’m thankful for now just to be able to return to my old image that I missed;; I had cosmetic surgery because I wanted to become prettier and change a bit more from there, but after the surgery, far from becoming prettier, I just became a wreck..ㅡㅡ I usually live thinking that peace of mind is the best.. But the period when I had nose surgery was really.. If anyone had told me about possibly having hardening for months or continuously, loss of sensation in the nasal tip at the beginning, ongoing changes in shape, the issue of removal if something goes wrong, and all the suffering that comes with it... I only knew that as long as I didn’t get silicone inflammation, it would be okay. It’s my fault for being ignorant, but there really is a huge difference between knowing those things and going ahead with it, and not knowing. Whatever happens from now on is something I caused myself.. so I’ll pray hard and do my best.. For those planning removal too, please don’t suffer too much.. You do return to your old image.. Don’t worry.. I worried enormously too about contraction and all sorts of things.. I hope you stay strong..,, My current state right now is that in the morning, the firmness feels very slightly better. It might only be a feeling. I’ll keep posting reviews~,,
