Hello. I’m a man, and it has now been exactly 5 months.. I had 4 mm soft silicone on the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose was a bit of a half-ski-slope shape with a low bridge.. I asked them to lower the nasal tip.. but they told me to wait, so I’m waiting, but it still hasn’t come down even after 5 months.. Since I had the nasal tip done on a ski-slope nose, the nose got higher and looks more upturned than before.. My nostrils show too.. I’m thinking of waiting until 6 months, but will it come down??? They say I’m a slow-healing case, and I still have very faint bruising around my eyes;; The bridge has gotten much lower than before after all the swelling went down.. Why won’t the nasal tip come down... Ah.. and for the past few days.. when I clean inside my nose with a cotton swab, blood comes off from the lower part inside the nose? near the side of the columella. Why is this happening?? I don’t smoke, but I do drink alcohol often.. Is that related? Is the bleeding also inflammation?? Please reply!!!
