It’s been a little over 1 year since my nose surgery. How does it look?

When I pick my nose.. blood comes out on it. Is it inflammation?

The swelling at my nasal tip still hasn’t gone down even after 40 days, and when I pick my nose, blood comes out on it...even though it’s day 40. I’m really wondering whether this is normal or inflammation.
