I only had nasal tip surgery, but the width of the bridge above and the width of the nasal tip are so different. The nose I wanted at first was slim and sharp, and even my original nose didn't have a rounded tip, but now it has become a cute, round nose. If they leave the columellar strut and either adjust the septal cartilage placed in the nasal tip or remove it, will it become a pointed nose? I keep being bothered by my nose, so wherever I go, I go to the bathroom first to look in the mirror, look in the mirror when I wake up in the morning, look on my phone, sigh... I live just looking in the mirror...
